Nichole Favors is a Master Stylist with 30 years of expertise in hair care and wellness. Driven by a passion for healthy hair that begins at the root, she has cultivated her craft through extensive training at Roffer Academy, Coosa Valley Tech, Paul Mitchell, and Vidal Sassoon.

As a certified Trichologist and educator, Ms. Favors developed the "Life After Cosmetology School" program to guide new professionals in the beauty industry. She also created the innovative hair loss treatment, I.L.Aoil, which has earned praise from clients worldwide. Known for her precision cutting techniques, Nichole's diverse clientele spans the globe.
